He was not “pushy” in any way. He was honest about the property & told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear, which I found refreshing.

His communication with me was excellent – always keeping me informed after inspections and between times. He was very easy to speak with and would return calls and emails promptly if he was not available. He had a genuine interest in selling for the right price, not just a quick price and this is where his negotiating skills came to the fore. All our children have grown up and have moved out of home now, so my husband and I decided to sell our family home and move down the South Coast. Our daughter, son in law and grandchildren live down there so it was an easy decision to be close to them. We rang three local Real estate agents and invited them to come and look at our home. After talking with all three of them we decided on Sarah. Sarah made us feel comfortable with her honesty and commitment to sell our family home. We loved the extra effort her and her team went to, not just putting our home on the internet like so many other agents, they called their VIP list of clients to tell them about our house and arranged viewings. We had two VIP open days with a few people though. The day prior to our home going online to the public Sarah and Mather brought a lovely young couple from their VIP list though mid week. The couple loved it and put in an offer that day at the top range of our asking price. We are so happy our home sold so quickly and with so little effort. I live in Sydney and was trying to sell my deceased mother’s property in Katoomba. After dealing with a few different local agents I was starting to feel like it was all going to be too hard. I contacted Sarah and within hours my resolve was renewed. I met with her and after a fortnight of hard work by us both the house was ready. I was a little sceptical that people would be interested, but I trusted Sarah and i’m glad I did. She worked her tail off and we sold the property after the first open inspection. She handled every issue that arose like a professional but was also really accommodating of my emotional attachment to the home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for any real estate advice or even just a friendly chat.
